Personal Trainer Chris I am a passionate and dedicated strength coach and personal trainer. My love for health and fitness originated from my own battle with injuries in my youth. From that moment forward, I knew I wanted to work and make a difference in the fitness industry. I completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2015 and an Honours year two years later.With my extensive knowledge of sports science, health and fitness, I have been able to work with athletes at an elite and sub-elite level, highlighted by my role as an assistant sports scientist at the Melbourne Football Club in 2021. I also have years of experience personal training where I pride myself on my personable and caring nature and my evidence-based, no-nonsense approach to exercise prescription.
